The 9 karat gold medal cast on one side with two bowlers on a landscape, the reverse engraved "Breivers Bowl Competition 1916 First Prize L.E. Thompson" enclosed within a laurel wreath, hallmarked, together with a plated chain stamped "A.M. Charnier SP".
