778. A Sevres Style Ewer, Late 19th Century.

The attenuated form glazed cobalt blue and applied with gilt metal floral swags, raised on a gilt metal egg and dart base, marked on the footrim with gilt intertwined "L"s enclosing a "B", impressed 1895. 17 1/2" h.

779. A French Porcelain Vase, Late 19th Century.

The shouldered form painted with rose swags and floral sprigs, mounted with dore medallions depicting putti, reed and ribbon strap work on either side, raised on four dore hairy claw feet, the putti medallions inscribed "JP Legastelois". 9 1/4" h.

Circa 1815.
The tapered form flanked by grotesque masks and birds, raised on square base, the underglaze blue ground finely painted with a landscape enclosed within a reserve and gilt with strap work and scrolling foliage, unmarked.

The lobed form raised on a foliate stem above an oval footrim impressed with a shell relief, transfer decorated with a central scene of a vase issuing forth stylized flowers with a floral sprigged ground, the details picked out in blue, puce, pink, and gilt, unmarked. 4 3/4" h., 8" w., 12 1/2" l.

Finely painted with a classically garbed maiden running by a forest brook, inscribed on the reverse "Messrs. RP Daniell & Co. 129 New Bond St. London, 1875" impressed Minton with date stamp, framed. Approxiamately 15" d.; Framed: 21" sq. Note; The Undine is a Teutonic mythical maiden of the waters, known for protecting humans and fostering dreams and creativity.

Of baluster form, molded and glazed to simulate porcelain with bronze mounts, the salmon glazed body decorated with chrysanthemums and butterflies, and silver gilding modeled around the neck with a brown biscuit band and ring handles simulating bronze. Impressed Mintons.
