The barrel-shaped mug with "C" shaped handle, covered in a warm brown hi-glaze shading to carmel, the exterior decorated with a scene of scattered mushrooms, impressed Rookwood mark on foot along with "645" and artist's signature "LA." 5 1/2" h. Note: Lenore Asbury worked for Rookwood Pottery from 1894 to 1931.
