309. A Fabulous Transitional Regence, Louis XVth Oak Bibliotheque, 18th Century

The arched molded cornice enclosing a scalloped cartouche carved with the date 1776, over a pair of lattice and bellflower carved glazed doors opening a fitted interior with shaped shelves, the lower portion similarly shaped, with a pair of hinged doors carved with lambrequins, floral sprigs and scrolls, raised on bracket feet.
