Woven as a large shield surmounted by a crown, centered by a small shield with a side view of a crowned lion, surmounted by a crown and flanked by sideways lions with cocked, masked faces and flags on poles, the area below woven as horizontal scrolling vines. Below the large shield is a banner reading left to right "Cedenenyeto, Prava, Celata", "Unity, Rule, Power", dated lower left "1919 October 3", and "Cevas" lower right, all in red, black, yellow, brown, and greenish beige. 44" x 72".
