543. A Wonderful Cast Brass Chandelier, Early 20th Century

The central stem with foliate collar over a pierced and scalloped plate cast of leaves and oval medallions leading to three putti figures conforming to "s" curves and seperated by morning glories, the lower portion with four spheres joined by strapwork, each mounted by a grotesque animal mask and each issuing a leafy band centered by a molded medallion on each side with a lions head, terminating to a drip pan and a foliate covered socket.
