The walnut case surmounted by a spindle rail cornice over a frieze with egg and dart molding, the vertical sliding doors revealing a double comb player with a plaque reading "Regina 27115" and storage bin below, flanked by baluster columns with turned detailing, raised on a molded base with four bun feet, including fifteen 27" discs, the case labeled "C.S. Heppe & Sons, Philadelphia".
