302. A Rare Art Case Steinway and Son Satinwood Baby Grand Piano, circa 1892
The six foot long Short A model in fine working order with wonderful fruitwood marquetry inlay, the top centered by two branches tied by a long and flowing ribbon framing a musical motif, the sides are gracefully embellished with laurel swags joined by lyres. This impressive piano is raised on baluster supports headed by a stylized flower, over a gadrooned standard and ending in a bun foot. Accompanied by a period adjustable bench. 39" h., 6'3" l., 55-1/2" w.

305. A Beautiful Rosewood Forte Piano in the Empire Style by W.E. Wheelock, circa 1870
The large square instrument supported by four colossel cabriole legs with fruit and classical cartouche motifs, the two petal stand in the form of a lyre with C-scoll decoration, the music rest with repeating lyre motif along with foliate C-scoll decoration; the instrument with fifty-two ivory and thirty-six ebony keys. The open lid revealing a mark on the interior metal harp and pinboard, "W.E. Wheelock, U.S.A." 38" h., 78" l., 39" w.
