Contains 40 engraved plates, 2 engraved portraits after Deveria, 256 engraved plates of sheet music (including "le diable de village" first published in volume 16), 65 color engravings after Redoute (The complete series), and 12 lithographs of Rousseau's habitations bound in rear of volume 19. The various later editions were never as complete. The color engravings of flowers and fruits after Redoute is also an addition to this oeuvre.
