Modeled as a dancing piper garbed in a floral sprigged shirt, peach cap, jacket, leggings and shoes, supported by a stylized tree stump painted with blue morning glories, raised on a circular black base, the details picked out in gilt, stamped on the interior of the base with Royal Worcester and registry marks. 9 1/2" h.
