Setzer of Cleveland, each scalloped plated decorated with a "rose pompadour band", heavily gilt and tooled with "C" scrolls and stylized foliage, the reverse stamped in black "Cauldon England", with brown crowned Caldon mark and "C.A. Setzer Cleveland", inscribed in iron red "4306". 10" d.
