The central medallion with a pronounced central flower surrounded by stylized palmettes and serrated leaves, extended on two ends by large palmettes, all inside a hexagonal field decorated with serrated palmettes and leaves, all enclosed by a larger rectangular field decorated with various motifs, a primary border of meandering flowers and vines and two secondary borders in bright red, black, blue, tan, salmon, and green.
