Evelyn M. Bicknell was an oil painter and watercolorist who exhibited at the National Academy of Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and in Boston and Chicago. She was a longtime member of the National Watercolor Society and the National Arts Club.

Condition: excellent, very little ageing of paper.
