The Southern Savannah style blackened patina mask of broad oval form, with a fiber beard beneath an almond protruding mouth and flat protruding nose, flanked by almond eyes with narrow slits; cowrie shells and pressed metal decorate the base and forehead, traces of sacrificial patina, the back covered in cloth with cowrie shells attached.
