His seal is missing. Witnesses include Rowland Hodgson, Rowland Hoggart, and George Lonthram(?.) Frame size: 11" x 14 1/2;" window size 7 1/2" x 11." Verso shows a short clause dated June 25, 1684, which reads: ? �witness that Thomas Varty did set is hand to this bond 25th of Jun 1684. Witnesses: Will Thomson and John Stark. Another small window encloses the date: "May 1601."
