The bombe form inlaid with parquetry, mounted with bronze stylized motif handles and escutcheons, the apron mounted similarly, raised on four tapered outswept feet, the front feet mount in bronze sabots. 33" h., 46" w., 18 1/2" d.

399. A Rosewood Regency Etagere English, Early 19th Century

The mirrored galleried top bi-sected by a shelf raised on two iron supports, flanked by two wood scrolls, the breakfront over one short, one long and another short drawer, raised above a centered hinged door opening to reveal a shelved compartment, flanked by two smaller metal spindle doors centering floral medallions, the body inlaid with stylized brass foliage, supported on a conforming base. 62" h., 54 1/4" w., 13 1/4" d.

The circular molded top enclosing a conforming needlepoint picture underglass of a young girl gathering flowers, framed by a garland of flowers, her face, shoulders, and arms constructed of lithopaper, all raised on a columnar standard bearing birds, extending to tripod scrolled legs joined by a garland stretchers. 24 1/2" d.
