105. A Silver and Enamel Jeton, Andrei Alexandrov, Moscow, Russia, circa 1888

Both recto and verso enameled with a red cricular reserve enclosing a blue enamel medallion bearing an inscription on one side "In Memory of 900 Years Anniversary of Baptising the Citizens of Kiev" and on the other "From Kiev-Allover Russia 988-1888", stamped with silver, maker, and city marks. 1 3/4" l.

110. A Rare Silver Medal, Russia, 1708

Produced for the officers of the battle of Kalicz, the recto cast with a bst of Czar Peter the Great garbed in armour, a mantle and crowned with a laurel leaf, inscribed Czar Peter Alexyeevich Ruler of All Russia, the verso with Czar Peter garbed in ancient Roman attire, riding a rearing horse into battle, inscribed Por Loyalty and Valour, dated 1708. 1 1/8" d.
