An icon, oil on wood panel with gold leafed highlighting, depicting the Mother of God in the upper right and a praying man to the left in an architectural niche; in the border are two family saints. Saint Archangel Guardian and Saint Martyr Fedora, there is text below the Virgin which reads:
A lawless man had a habit to pray before the image of the Virgin daily before commiting his criminal acts. One night he woke up in awe, his whole body was covered with bleeding sores, petrified he appealed to the icon of the Virgin for forgiveness. Since that occurance he became a man of God and a law abiding citizen."
