Limited Edition. The illustrations, created in Irseal by Shraga Weil, consist of sixteen scenes in color, of which eight are double spreads and eight single-page, as well as twelve in-text line drawings. The book was designed in Jerusalem by Henri Friedlaender. The type is 14-point English Monotype Joanna with three points of leading; headings were set in Albertus. The text was composed and printed as the Westerham Press in Westerham, Kent, England. The paper is a rag shag, St. Paul's Cray, specially made for this edition by Hale of London. The shelfback is covered with a tangerine-color leather in levant grain, titled in gold, and the boards are covered with an imported natural linen, stamped with a drawing by Weil.

English Monotype Bell, headings are set in Bell Italics, and chapter initials in Erasmus. The paper is a natural white, vellum finish. The boards are covered in tough cotton fabric bearing an authentic ear;y American all-over pattern; the title is stamped in gold on the leather label affixed to the shelfback.
