Manufactured for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Each transfer decorated with stylized lotus blossoms and insects, the rims and handles picked out in puce, the bottoms stamped in iron red "Ch. Field Haviland Limoges, France", the saucers with additional black Met stamp and iron red "label de qualite". Cup: 2 1/4" h., saucer: 5" d.
