The horn/whistle is made of tin and measures 5 1/4" long. Blow and horn sounds while top propellar rotates. Marked "Made in France, EC Depose"

With two side propellar engines and two "Army Air Corp" metal insignias on top. As it is pushed along, rotating wheel axle moves spring which connects to and rotates propellars on side engines. 27" l. Side engines extend 3 1/4" from each side.
